Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at the Passport Health Store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Items purchased at the Passport Health Store can be returned to Passport Health for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted at any Passport Health clinic.

To move forward with a return, below is what you need to do:

  • Acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling out the form on our contact us page. Please reference your order number from your Passport Health Store purchase.

  • Once an RMA number has been obtained, return the products to:

  • Clearly reference the RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.

  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item.


  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

  • Refunds take approximately 7 business days after receipt of your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
